In addition, the Contractor will have the right to participate in incentive schemes established by the Company from time to time. The Employer currently offers sales commission.
It is understood and agreed that the first ninety days of employment shall constitute a trial during which the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee's employment, for any reason without notice or cause.
The Contract Employee may finish this contract and employment by giving not less than 20 days written notice to the Employer to allow enough time to find a replacement worker.
The duties of this contract role are listed on the job description.
Vacation time in the amount of 4 weeks per year, which equals 20 days or 160 hours. Sick leave is provided in the amount of 2 weeks, which equals 10 days or 80 hours per year.
