I took him out to your place to show what a welcoming and friendly place our town is. But everything was ruined with the improper behavior of one of the waiters. His name is Kevin. He probably had an evening shift yesterday. He was very rude while taking the order and serving us. I would like you to take measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
