ABSTRACT
The “Volteer” mobile application is designed to help volunteers who search people in town and in forests. The manager can add information about search there and then the app will render a search paper image, which can be distributed in different media to inform more people about the lost person in case someone sees them. Moreover, this app allows the use of maps customized for rescue teams. During the search on site, the volunteer squad divides into smaller groups. Each group has a dedicated area of search. In the app, the admin can draw on a map to mark each groups’ area and each group would see their own area on this app. Moreover, the geo tracker would mark how much area was covered during the search.

INTRODUCTION
Volunteering for search and rescue missions is an act of kindness that can make a real difference in people's lives. However, the task is not an easy one, especially when it comes to searching for missing people in large, complex areas like forests and remote locations. Traditionally, search and rescue teams have had to rely on manual processes and limited resources to carry out their missions. This can result in valuable time being lost and resources being stretched to their limits.
“Volteer”, a mobile app that is designed to assist volunteers during the search and help rescue teams to carry out their missions more efficiently and effectively. With “Volteer”, managers can easily enter information about the search and generate a printable search paper image that can be distributed to various media outlets, increasing the chances of finding the missing person.
In addition, “Volteer” includes a custom map that helps teams divide into smaller groups, with each group assigned a dedicated search area. Admins can easily mark each group's search area on the map, and volunteers can see their assigned area through the app. The geo tracker feature provides real-time information on the progress of the search, ensuring that no areas are missed, and all search areas are covered effectively.
The importance of the “Volteer” app cannot be overstated, especially when considering the vital work an\d efforts of volunteers who selflessly give their time and expertise to help others. By providing an intuitive and efficient tool for search and rescue operations, the app aims to support these volunteers in their noble work, ultimately increasing the chances of a successful outcome in finding those who are lost.
This paper provides an in-depth overview of “Volteer”, its key features, and its value proposition to search and rescue teams. It will describe the product development process, market analysis, target audience, user acquisition and retention, and future plans and roadmap. By the end of this paper, readers will have a clear understanding of how “Volteer” can help volunteer search and rescue teams carry out their missions more efficiently and effectively, ultimately leading to more successful searches and more lives saved.
